Community Guidelines
Last updated: April 24, 2026
The Indigo Collective is a private community of artists, dancers, musicians, poets, and creatives gathered around Tamara Rodriguez. These Community Guidelines describe the behaviour we expect of every member of the website and the mobile app. They apply to all profile content, posts, comments, performances, and direct messages.
1. Treat Everyone with Respect
Every member is here because they create. Disagree with ideas, never with people. Personal attacks, slurs, or dehumanising language are not welcome.
2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Do not post or share content that is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, hateful, or that promotes self-harm. Do not post content that targets a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. Content of this kind will be removed and the account responsible will be permanently banned.
3. No Harassment, Bullying or Abuse
Do not threaten, intimidate, stalk, or repeatedly contact another member after they have asked you to stop. If you receive harassment, use the in-app block and report tools and we will act within 24 hours.
4. Respect Intellectual Property
Only post work that you created or that you have permission to share. Credit collaborators. Do not pass off another artist's recording, photograph, or writing as your own.
5. Protecting Minors
The Service is not intended for children under 13. Do not post sexualised content involving anyone, and never post content depicting or aimed at minors in a sexualised way. Reports of this nature are escalated immediately and reported to law-enforcement where required.
6. How to Report Content or Members
Tap the flag icon next to any post, comment, performance, or message to send a confidential report. Choose a reason (spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence, intellectual-property violation, self-harm, or other) and add an optional note. We review every report and respond within 24 hours.
7. Blocking Other Members
You can block any member from their profile, a conversation, or from Settings → Manage blocked members. Blocking immediately stops their messages, removes them from your inbox, and hides their posts and performances from your feed.
8. Our Moderation Process
Tamara and her team personally read every report. We use a tiered response: removal of the offending content, a private warning, a temporary suspension, or, for serious or repeat offences, a permanent ban with no refund of any associated payments. We log moderation actions for our own records.
9. Consequences of Breaking the Guidelines
Depending on severity, the consequences include content removal, loss of posting privileges, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated benefits.
10. Contact Us
Questions, suggestions or appeals should be sent to tamara@tamararodriguez.com. We read every message.
